Urge Religious Leaders Nationwide to Stand Up and tell the TRUTH about immigrants

“Love your neighbor as yourself” means justice for all — no exceptions.

Donald Trump’s rhetoric about immigrants is not only inflammatory, it’s designed to divide. He uses dehumanizing language, calling immigrants “killers,” “rapists,” “predators,” and “vermin,” all to fuel fear and anger for political gain.

Now, instead of standing firm in the teachings of their faith, some leaders who profess to be Christian, insist on using their powerful platforms to amplify Trump’s hurtful rhetoric against immigrants.

Franklin Graham, a prominent Trump supporter, has denied the Biblical imperative to “love the foreigner,” claiming falsely that immigration is “not a Bible issue.” Pastor Robert Jeffress has said restrictive border policies align with “God’s plan for nations.”

But such statements contradict the consistent Biblical command to welcome the stranger, protect the vulnerable, and do justice for all.

For the faithful, these are not suggestions: they are commands that are to be enacted and fulfilled. And they are not confined by borders, language, or nationality.

Send a direct message to Christian leaders today: Stand up for immigrants. Stand for truth. Silence is not love — it’s complicity.

Many immigrants today are fleeing war, violence, poverty, and persecution. They come to this country seeking hope, safety, and opportunity, yet they are met with suspicion, cruelty, and lies. They work hard, contribute to their communities, and uphold values America claims to cherish.

For generations, houses of worship were sanctuaries — places where the weary and oppressed found refuge. For the faithful to turn their backs on this tradition is not only a moral failure, it is a betrayal of their faith itself.

There is no scripture that calls us to cruelty. No teaching that blesses hatred. No faith that endorses indifference. The Christian faith, and the teachings of every major religion, call us to compassion, justice, humility, and welcome.

This moment demands courage and clarity. It demands that faith leaders reject Trump’s politics of division and affirm the dignity of every person — regardless of where they were born.

Call on pastors, priests, rabbis, imams, and all spiritual leaders to be faithful to what faith truly demands now.

Thank you for being part of this movement grounded in justice and our shared humanity.
