Seeks to ensure the right to serve for transgender service members and foster an environment where service members and their service thrive. Its mission is to:

• Provide transgender service members with world-class peer support and mentoring to maximize resilience, excellence in service, mission readiness, and retention.
• Educate commanders, lawmakers, service members, and the public on transgender service concerns, procedures, best practices, and the exceptionalism of an inclusive, all-volunteer military representative of the American people.
• Advocate for the legal right of transgender service members to serve openly, authentically, and as their affirming gender.
